We often hide our pain and struggles behind a facade of "keeping your head down and not complaining." 🙊
This leads to bottling up trauma and mental health issues. 🤐

We need to create a culture and community that is more supportive of people seeking help and have more access to services, particularly with therapists who understand and relate to our culture. 🙏
