Seeing Past the Invisible The Traumas from Micro Aggression

Micro aggression is defined as a subtle but offensive comment or action directed at a member of a marginalized group.

It is often considered as a form of discrimination and can induce trauma, especially for those who are more susceptible to it.

Asian Americans are often the target of micro aggression due to their cultural background. This can be in the form of comments or actions that are seemingly innocent but are actually loaded with racism or prejudice.

These micro aggressions can be very harmful and can leave long-lasting emotional scars.
